Our UK cover for vehicles used for Commercial or Business purposes and for vehicles in excess of 3.5 tonnes and up to 7.5 tonnes gross vehicle weight.

This policy covers you for Roadside Assistance, where we will cover you for up to one hours Roadside Labour to get your vehicle fixed and on your way (where possible and practical) when you Breakdown anywhere in the UK.

If we cannot get your vehicle fixed at the scene of the Breakdown, we will Recover the vehicle and the driver. We will take you to either your Destination, your Home Address, or the nearest Garage able to repair the Vehicle; whichever option is closest to the scene of the breakdown – we do this so that your vehicle can be repaired and back on the road as soon as possible. We may require the vehicle to be unloaded before any recovery can take place - this will need to be arranged by the vehicle driver before our recovery agent arrives on scene if requested or we may not be able to recover the vehicle. If the vehicle exceeds 16 tonnes inclusive of its load at the time of the breakdown then it will not be eligible for any assistance.

You are covered for four callouts during the course of the policy, subject to them being covered by the Policy Terms and Conditions.

Our cover is vehicle specific, so we cover any Driver legally able to drive the vehicle should they Breakdown.

Refund policy: A refund is only available if cancellation is made within 14 days of the start date of the policy and if no claims have been made. You will then receive a full refund less an administration fee.
