Please find below details of any administration charges that may apply during the course of your cover with us.
You can cancel your Breakdown Cover with us at any time, however a refund is only available if you cancel the policy within 14 days of the original cover start date or the date the cover was originally purchased (whichever is sooner) and as long as no claims have been made.
This refund will be for the premium that you originally paid less an administration fee for arranging cover, issuing documentation and all other administration costs.
The administration charge that will be deducted depends on the level of cover that you originally purchased.

Roadside - £10.00
UK - £10.00
Wheelchair & Scooter - £10.00
Platinum Plus - £15.00
European - £15.00
Taxi - £15.00
Home Recovery - £20.00
Campervan & Motorhome - £20.00
Commercial - £25.00
Once we have processed your application then your documentation will be sent to you electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
If you require a paper copy of your documentation issued to you in the post then we will be happy to send these to you, subject to an documentation and postage fee of £5.00.

If you need to make an amendment to the details of your breakdown cover, be it name, address or vehicle, then please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
There is no charge for amending name or address details.
If you change your vehicle there is no charge, however it would be subject to a 48 hour inception period.
As your documentation is for your own reference, we do not resend documents to confirm these amendments. If you would like replacement documentation then we can send this to you on payment of the Documentation Fee above.
